Parfum d'intérieur Calme (Pétale D'Oranger)

Faithfully crafted from a blend of four varieties of olives picked at maturity and sourced from organic farming, the Noir d’Olive Bio is a black fruity oil that is true to its values.

Originally dominated by aromas of candied black olives, it does not fail to reveal at the finish a harmony of flavours freshly introduced by a hint of spiciness. Proud of its roots, this organic olive oil adds a distinctive taste to dishes that remind it of where it comes from.

Made by the Moulin Castelas located at the foot of the Baux-de-Provence, in respect of a heritage that is conscientiously preserved and enhanced.

The “Noir d’Olive” Olive Oil from Moulin Castelas is an olive oil from theProtected Designation of Origin Vallée des Baux de Provence.

About Organic Olive Oils

A term that can sometimes upset the older generation, but which falls under a strict specification. From the fertility of the land to bottling, few stages of production are left to pure chance. There is no doubt that organic farming helps to sustain the Provençal olive groves by preserving its natural heritage. So, marketing or not?

No,the organic olive oilis not a neutral oil, tasteless or flavourless. Aware of the fortune it has to be located in the heart of the Vallée des Baux de Provence, it ensures that it respects its environment and the resources allocated to it. An olive oil that does not indulge in its typicity and reveals a slight bitterness at the end. A subtle note to accompany freshly picked vegetables and warm dishes that place their trust in it.
